Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Campaign Assignment Specialist to allocate Nespresso campaigns across the team, ensuring adherence to SLAs and production schedules. You will map demand for upcoming weeks, coordinate with leadership, and perform capacity planning to sustain timely deliveries.

You will also conduct quality checks per Brand Guidelines, train partners on briefs, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Understand brand positioning through Brand Guidelines.
• Strong planning and focus on quality deliverables.
• Familiarity with CRM terminology and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign campaign requests to Campaign Factory in line with SLAs and capacity.
• Perform capacity and volume forecasting and report weekly to supervisors.
• Conduct quality checks against Brand Guidelines and learn from campaign briefs.
• Train partners on Campaign Factory briefing and process improvements.
