Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a dedicated on-site Support Specialist in Lisbon to assist small and medium-sized businesses with our advertising tools. You will resolve product questions via phone, email, and chat, helping clients improve their online advertising experience.

We require Dutch C1/C2 and English B2, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role offers a Monday–Sunday shift pattern with health insurance as part of benefits.
