Cross Border Talents is looking for a Czech-speaking professional who wants to combine excellent customer service with meaningful, technology-driven work.

In this role, you'll help customers use insulin pumps, related accessories and connected smartphone applications. Your support will help users navigate technical questions and get the most out of their devices.

What you'll do

Training & location

• Location: Portugal — specific office location to be confirmed.


• Training: Approximately 20 working days.


• Training language: English.


• Training hours: 8 hours per day, with starting times between 08:30 and 09:30, depending on the group.
