Wire IT is seeking a Business / Technical Analyst to join our remote-enabled team in Portugal. You will gather requirements, define scopes for complex telecom projects, and work with OSS/BSS processes and network architectures. Expertise in Itential IAP, Docker, and agile delivery is essential.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is expected, with Spanish at B2 level as a plus. The position includes a no-term full-time contract, health insurance, vacation days, meal allowance, and a growth-focused

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in telecommunications environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis and scope definition for complex technology projects.
• Strong networking knowledge, including Access Networks, Routing Protocols, Peering and Network Architectures.
• Experience with network automation and orchestration platforms.
• Experience with Itential Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP).
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS environments and telecom operational processes.
• Expertise in telecom corporate services including Digital Centrex, CBT, OSS Lite, OSS Premium, Anti-DDoS Services, Ethernet Carrier Services and Giganet.
• Experience producing functional and technical documentation.
• Experience with architecture documentation including HLD, LLD and solution designs.
• Ability to create and maintain process flows and workflow diagrams.
• Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Spanish proficiency at B2 level; English proficiency at B2 level.
