Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Retail) to join our hybrid Lisbon team. You will analyze retail processes, document requirements, and drive stakeholder collaboration across initiatives in Store Ops, Merchandising, Inventory & Supply Chain, and eCommerce.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, you will facilitate workshops, use Jira/Confluence/Visio and contribute to retail transformation programs while enjoying a supportive, team-focused culture with health insurance

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Retail environments.
• Retail process knowledge across Store Ops, Merchandising, Inventory & Supply Chain, Pricing, Promotions, POS, Omnichannel and eCommerce.
• Experience in retail transformation, digital modernization, or change programmes.
• Experience gathering and managing requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Role: Senior Business Analyst (Retail)

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of retail business processes, including Store Operations, Merchandising, Inventory & Supply Chain, Pricing & Promotions, POS, Omnichannel, and eCommerce.
• Proven experience in retail transformation, digital modernization, or change management programmes.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
