Wire IT, based in Portugal, invites a skilled Business Analyst to join its hybrid team in Porto. You will gather and analyze business requirements, document functional specs, and help design and improve processes across banking and financial services contexts.

In a fast-moving environment, you will bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, participate in Agile/Scrum projects, run functional tests, and drive clear, actionable outcomes for complex enterprise workflows.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Experience in designing, documenting, and maintaining business and system processes.
• Hands-on experience with functional testing, including test case definition and validation.
• Strong ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams and manage dependencies.
• Experience working with internal clients and business users to translate needs into requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to coordinate across teams in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute functional test cases to validate delivered features.

Required skills

• Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking, financial services, or other complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Experience in designing, documenting, and maintaining business and system processes.
• Hands-on experience with functional testing, including the definition and execution of test cases and validation of delivered functionalities.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, acting as a reference for business requirements and functional knowledge.
• Experience working with internal clients and business users, gathering their needs and translating them into clear and actionable requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across different teams, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
