Wire IT in Portugal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our hybrid team in Lisbon and Porto. You will analyze business processes, write clear functional specs and user stories, and support the full lifecycle of software applications in an agile environment.

The role requires 6+ years of BA experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English. French is a plus. We offer health insurance, vacation days, meal allowance, and a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, functional design, and writing clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience managing change requests, impact analysis, and supporting the full application lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile environments.
• Previous experience with financial systems (payments, asset management, or banking) is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus.
