Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead complex telecom projects across Europe. This remote role requires strong delivery governance, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.

You will manage end-to-end Work Packages, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Nokia experience is highly valued and English at B2 level is mandatory.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, Network Deployment, or Telecommunications Operations.
• Proven experience managing complex telecom projects and end-to-end Work Package delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, delivery governance, risk, issue, and change management.
• Experience with resource planning, capacity management, project estimation, and dependency tracking.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical escalations.
• Nokia experience and knowledge of Nokia processes/tools are highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications,Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• English B2 mandatory.
