Job summary

A Emma – The Sleep Company procura um estagiário de Business Operations em Lisboa, com foco em operações de ecommerce e gestão de projetos. O profissional apoiará a equipa na ligação entre operações e o mercado, assegurando uma supply chain estável e melhoria contínua.

Requisitos: formação em Administração/Negócios ou semelhante, fluência em inglês e francês, interesse em ambiente start-up/rápida evolução, disponibilidade mínima de 6 meses. Remuneração competitiva e benefícios incluídos.

• Fortes dotes analíticos e capacidade de aprender rapidamente.

Responsibilities

• Gerenciar seus próprios projetos na área de operações de ecommerce em um dos nossos mercados.
• Atuar como elo entre equipes de operações e a equipe de mercado, centralizando informações e garantindo uma cadeia de suprimentos suave.
• Investigar, escalonar e acompanhar até a resolução de questões operacionais.
• Monitorar métricas de desempenho de experiência do cliente e operações para identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
• Relatar desempenho de experiência do cliente e operações com visibilidade interna.

• You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of ecommerce operations in one of our Ecommerce markets.
• You will be the link between our operations teams (customer service, warehouse, delivery, planning, etc) and one of our Ecommerce market team, centralizing information and ensuring a smooth supply chain of our products.
• You will investigate, escalation, and follow through until it's resolved in case of operational issues
• You will monitor key performance metrics both on customer experience side (NPS, return rates, Trustpilot, etc.) and on the operations side (stock health, OTIF, forecast accuracy, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities.
• You will report customer experience and operations performance regularly sharing visibility internally.
• You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally.

What you'll do:

• You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of category management in one of our Ecommerce markets.
• You will monitor the online sales of our products to track product performances and identify growth opportunities.
• You will share your product insights to our marketing teams to help them run impactful and efficient campaigns
• You will regularly analyze the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition…)
• You will suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on customer feedback.
• You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally.

Who we're looking for:

• This internship will start on 1st of January 2027
• You are studying or have graduated in business administration, media management or any related university program.
• You have a strong business sense or have gained first practical working experience in a start-up/fast-paced environment
• You have strong analytical skills and can learn quickly.
• You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently.
• You are available for at least 6 months.
• You are fluent inEnglish and French
• You are available for at least 6 months.
