Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Marketplaces Growth Intern who speaks Portuguese. The role offers a monthly salary of €1,250 and involves supporting the Brazilian Ecommerce team, monitoring KPIs, and driving cross-functional analytics with Marketing and Business Development.

You will manage marketplace partnerships, streamline performance tracking through automation, and contribute to growth initiatives while learning in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Studying or graduated in business administration, media management or related field.
• Strong business sense or first practical experience in a start-up/fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and quick learner.
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

• You will be in charge of account management with some of our Brazilian marketplaces partners
• You will help streamline and automate performance tracking and reporting workflows through automation and process improvement initiatives.
• You will work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to deliver cross-functional analytics and generate actionable insights.
• You will support media buying activities & manage steering investment decisions across paid channels and campaign execution.
• You will contribute to strategic channel analytics by driving deeper performance analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting optimization roadmaps.

What you'll do:

Who we're looking for:

• You are studying or have graduated in business administration, media management or any related university program.
• You have a strong business sense or have gained first practical working experience in a start-up/fast-paced environment
• You have strong analytical skills and can learn quickly.
• You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently.
• You are available for at least 6 months.
• You are fluent inEnglish and Portuguese.
