Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent command of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Initial experience in sales and recruitment.
• Strong listening and organizational skills.
• Dynamic, rigorous, ambitious, and responsive.

Responsabilidades

• Business: manage a client portfolio to maximise growth and profitability (prospecting, client meetings, opportunity qualification, responses to RFPs, contract negotiation, key account management).
• Recruitment and management: contribute to the recruitment plan, participate in candidate selection and interviews, and support and follow up with your team members.
