YOUR MISSIONS

As part of the development of SII Group Portugal, we are strengthening our commercial team by welcoming a Business Manager.

You will play a key role in the success of the SII project in Portugal, combining business development, recruitment, and team management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on two main areas:

• Business: manage a client portfolio to maximize growth and profitability. (prospecting, client meetings, opportunity qualification, responses to RFPs, contract negotiation, key account management)
• Recruitment and management: contribute to the recruitment plan, participate in candidate selection and interviews, and support and follow up with your team members.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree (Business School or Engineering School)
• Excellent command of Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Initial experience in sales and recruitment
• Strong listening and organizational skills
• Dynamic, rigorous, ambitious, and responsive
