We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a Project Manager.

Your Mission Will Be

Ensure that projects are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements;
Develop and maintain clear and effective communication with the client;
Be able to manage and align expectations, resolve problems and provide solutions when necessary;
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments;
Support the client and internal parties in defining project strategy, ensuring that business objectives are met effectively;
Identify risks and problems in projects, develop mitigation strategies and communicate possible challenges proactively.

You Will Need

+5 years of experience as a Project Manager;
Experience with agile and traditional methodologies;
Experience in managing multifunctional teams;
Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
Experience in payments and/or digital solutions;
Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
