Extia Portugal is seeking an IT Business Manager to develop and maintain a client portfolio across Portugal. The role requires 1–2 years in business management within consulting or IT, fluent English and Portuguese, and the ability to manage consultants at client sites.

You will lead business development, coordinate with HR for consultant recruitment, and directly oversee the deployment of resources at client sites, driving growth in the Portuguese market.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Manager in a consulting firm and/or IT sector.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; French is a plus.

As part of Extia Portugal’s growth, you will join the Extia team at the Porto office. In your role as a IT Business Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client portfolio within the IT sector across Portugal.

First Who

You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business or Engineering and have acquired 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Manager in a consulting firm and/or in the IT sector.

You have a strong understanding of the IT market and wish to deepen your expertise while contributing to our continued success.

Looking for a role with real responsibility? You will be in charge of developing the Business Unit.

Are you passionate about management? You will directly manage the consultants you onboard and deploy at your client sites.

You are fluent in English and Portuguese. French is a plus.

So, what will your day-to-day look like?

• Business Development: You will be responsible for expanding our existing Business Units and further developing commercial activities in the Portuguese market. This includes prospecting, client meetings, and building your own client portfolio. Please note that the commercial aspect of the role will be conducted in English and Portuguese.
• Recruitment: Working closely with the HR team, you will conduct interviews with future consultants and ensure that the missions offered by your clients are perfectly aligned with their skills and career aspirations.
• Management: You will directly manage the consultants you onboard and deploy at your client sites.
