TMC is seeking a Business Manager in Lisbon to drive business growth, nurture client relationships, and support engineering and technology teams under the Employeneurship model.

You will cultivate client partnerships, identify opportunities, and coach a diverse team of professionals while expanding TMC's footprint in Portugal. Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is a plus.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or Consulting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and result-oriented approach.
• Fluent English (Portuguese is a plus).
