TMC is seeking an IT Recruiter in Lisbon to connect tech talent with exciting opportunities within our Employeneurship model, blending stability with entrepreneurial freedom. You will source and engage IT professionals, build strong candidate relationships, and work closely with Business Managers to ensure a smooth and positive hiring process from first outreach to placement.

Fluent English is required, Portuguese is a plus; curiosity, proactivity, and people orientation are highly valued as you
