Konecta in Portugal seeks an experienced Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager/Lead to drive data, reporting and analytics capabilities across a multinational organisation.

You will lead the Data & Reporting team, shaping how data supports decision-making, dashboards and scalable reporting solutions for multiple business areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in BI, data analytics, reporting or data management.
• Experience leading or supervising a Data/BI/Reporting team.
• Strong understanding of reporting structures, KPIs and business performance.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into data and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Data & Reporting team.

• Develop and optimise dashboards, reporting frameworks and management information.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

• Work closely with Operations and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements.

At Konecta, we are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager / Lead to join our team in Portugal and play a key role in the transformation of our Data, Reporting and Analytics capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior data professional who combines strong technical knowledge, business understanding and people leadership, and wants to have a direct impact on how data supports decision-making across a multinational organisation.

You will lead our Data & Reporting team, driving the evolution of our reporting, analytics and data management capabilities while supporting a broader transformation towards greater data centralisation, standardisation and business intelligence.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help transform complex operational data into meaningful insights and scalable reporting solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
