Hexa Consulting is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision‑making across different industries.
- Degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles
- Strong experience with Power BI for building dashboards and interactive reports
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Experience in data modeling (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and data warehouse design
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical BI solutions
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools is a plus
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources and large datasets
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
