Dengun Wizpress is dedicated to helping media teams transform press releases and incoming information into ready-to-edit news articles using AI.

As we enter our next growth phase, we are looking for a Business Development & Sales Intern to help us expand in Portugal and Spain.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and sales efforts in Portugal and Spain.
• Conduct outreach to editors, publishers and media decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver product demos of the WizPress platform.
• Help the team win its first customers in new markets.

Qualifications

• Portuguese speaker with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Commercial mindset, energy and resilience.
• Curiosity about AI, media and startups.
• Currently living in the Algarve region and available to work on-site in Faro.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or academic background in journalism, media or marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools or SaaS products.

Important: Preference will be given to students who are required to complete a curricular internship as part of their academic programme. However, applications from candidates seeking other internship opportunities will also be considered, depending on profile and availability.
