Auva Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Business Development & Growth Intern to support the expansion of Auva's presence across markets. This hands-on role offers practical experience in sales, partnerships, recruitment and the renewable energy sector.

You will handle prospecting, social media, and content updates while building a network of talent and clients. The internship is part-time with potential extension and mentorship from the co-founders.

Qualificações

About Auva

Auva is an international recruitment agency based in Lisbon, recently launched by founders with years of experience building and leading teams across sectors. About the role

We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Intern to support the expansion of Auva's presence on both sides of our market: the companies we recruit for, through outreach, partnerships and marketing, and the talent networks we recruit from. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who wants to build real skills in sales, partnerships, recruitment, and the renewable energy sector at the same time. You will follow the work end to end, from prospecting new clients to supporting the searches that place them.

Responsibilities

• Take part in shaping and running Auva's social media
• Support client prospecting via email and LinkedIn
• Keep the website, brochures and client presentations up to date
• Map where specialized talent gathers, from industry events and meetups to niche online communities
• Contribute to the growth of the talent network, sourcing across LinkedIn, specialized job boards, and niche networks
• Contribute ideas for our internal recruitment tools and processes

Requirements

• Knowledge of, and genuine passion for, renewable energy and climate tech
• Critical thinking and sound judgement
• Confidence with AI tools, and curiosity about applying them to new scenarios
• Strong interpersonal skills
