Axians Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst (P2P) to support Procure-to-Pay operations in a dynamic, international project. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of procurement, purchasing, finance operations or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process requests from internal stakeholders across multiple channels.
• Analyze requests and provide accurate, timely responses.
• Ensure tracking, follow-up, and resolution within defined timelines.
• Monitor data quality and support validation and control activities.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations by ensuring the efficient processing and resolution of requests, maintaining data quality standards, and supporting stakeholders across purchasing and accounting activities. You will act as a key point of coordination between business teams and operational stakeholders, contributing to process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and an interest in procurement, finance operations, and business processes.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Handle and process requests received from internal stakeholders through multiple communication channels.
• Analyze requests and provide accurate and timely responses.
• Ensure requests are tracked, followed up, and resolved within defined timelines.
• Monitor data quality and support validation and control activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and business teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Identify potential process inefficiencies and propose improvement opportunities.
• Participate in reporting and performance monitoring activities.

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, finance operations, business support, or similar functions
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes is highly valued
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered a plus
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong service delivery focus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active listening and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international teams
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus
