• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, finance operations, business support, or similar functions.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong service delivery focus.

• Ensure requests are tracked, followed up, and resolved within defined timelines.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and business teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support operational controls and compliance with established procedures.
• Maintain and update operational records and documentation.
• Identify potential process inefficiencies and propose improvement opportunities.
• Participate in reporting and performance monitoring activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations by ensuring the efficient processing and resolution of requests, maintaining data quality standards, and supporting stakeholders across purchasing and accounting activities. You will act as a key point of coordination between business teams and operational stakeholders, contributing to process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Main Qualifications
