Axians Portugal is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst to join our Record to Report and Accounting Controls environment. You will perform reconciliations, prepare VAT reports, and ensure compliance with internal controls in an international setting.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE ANALYST

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst to join a Record to Report and Accounting Controls environment. This professional will be responsible for performing accounting reconciliations, preparing VAT reports, analyzing accounting entries, and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Perform reconciliation of accounting data between different systems and dedicated tools.
• Analyze accounting entries and identify potential anomalies or discrepancies.
• Prepare VAT reports based on accounting information and regulatory requirements.
• Execute accounting controls in accordance with established corporate procedures.
