You will analyze business requirements, define functional solutions, document specifications, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful deliveries across accounting, reporting, liquidity, and risk management processes.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Banking, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality and results.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Portuguese.

BUSINESS ANALYST

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a large-scale finance transformation environment, supporting the implementation and evolution of financial systems and interfaces. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, defining functional solutions, documenting specifications, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to accounting, reporting, liquidity, and risk management processes.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Analyze business and finance requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Define operational and accounting schemes, control frameworks, and data flow structures.
• Coordinate activities and deliverables across multiple stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Participate in testing activities, including accounting and reporting validation phases.
• Provide support and maintenance for financial interfaces and ensure smooth post-implementation adoption.

Your Key Skills

• Experience in project management and project delivery environments.
• Knowledge of accounting and/or banking accounting principles.
• Understanding of banking products or capital markets products.
• Knowledge of Financial Information Systems.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel.

Your Main Qualifications
