Axians | Digital Solutions - Tech Talent is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join an international project. The role focuses on accurate invoice processing and validation, supporting accounting operations, and ensuring data quality and compliance within established procedures.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, participate in month-end activities, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting Operations, or similar financial roles.
• Solid understanding of invoice processing and accounts payable workflows.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (mandatory).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Experience reconciling and validating financial information.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the accurate booking and processing of supplier invoices.
• Validate invoice information, including General Ledger Accounts, VAT rates, Cost Centres, and Purchase Orders.
• Verify invoice completeness and compliance with internal procedures.
• Analyze discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to resolve invoice-related issues.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and data quality in financial records.
• Support month-end and operational accounting activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective accounting operations.

Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join an international project in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing and validation of invoices, supporting accounting operations, and contributing to efficient financial processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to guarantee data quality, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance with established procedures.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
