InnoTech, a Portugal-based technology company, seeks a Functional Analyst to join an international Agile team. You will analyse business needs, gather requirements, and create clear functional documentation to guide developers.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar function, strong requirements analysis, and fluent English; CPLP nationality or EU work permit is required. Great place to grow with us.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with requirements analysis, functional documentation, and Agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of software development processes and testing fundamentals.
• Fluent English; EU work permit or CPLP nationality required.

Your Mission Will Be:

• Work as part of an international Agile team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software solutions;
• Analyse business needs across existing products and new initiatives, developing a strong understanding of the relevant business domain;
• Gather and structure requirements by collaborating closely with customers, Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders;
• Create functional analysis models and documentation, clearly explaining the reasoning behind proposed solutions to technical teams;
• Support business users by translating technical constraints into understandable language and providing guidance on new applications and features.

You Will Need:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role;
• Strong experience with requirements analysis, functional documentation, and traditional analysis methodologies applied within Agile environments;
• Good understanding of software development processes, testing fundamentals, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions;
• Fluent English, with confidence in producing clear and structured technical and functional documentation;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

• Experience working with accounting and/or tax-related business processes;
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and issues and communicate them proactively;
• Experience establishing standardised methodologies, processes, and documentation practices across projects;
• A proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and willingness to support and mentor junior colleagues;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
