Rumos in Lisbon is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge client needs and technical teams in a hybrid work arrangement.

The role requires a degree in IT, English fluency, and hands-on experience gathering requirements, defining user stories, and coordinating testing activities with Agile teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of functional analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience in developing functional tests and using test management tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
• Ability to structure clear documentation.
• Ability to lead meetings with clients.
• Experience in the public sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English (required).
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Proactivity and autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the liaison between the client and the technical team.
• Actively participate in meetings with the client in English.
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare functional and requirements documentation, supporting the definition of solutions.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Clarify functional questions with the technical team.
• Prepare and execute functional tests.
• Document functional requirements.
• Create test cases and scenarios.
• Record and track defects (bugs).
• Support the execution of UAT with the client.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and the delivered solution.
