emagine is seeking a proactive Project Manager (Mid to Senior) to lead cross-functional projects, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive critical initiatives. A background in Life Sciences is valued.

The role requires 4–8+ years in PM, English at C1, and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM. You will define scope, milestones, resources, risks, and governance, reporting to senior management.

Qualificações

• 4–8+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in consulting or regulated environments.
• Profile to mid-level or senior.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1) is mandatory with strong communication.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM (or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and/or traditional lifecycles.

About The Role

At emagine, we are a dynamic, fast-growing international consulting and technology company. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager (Mid to Senior level) to lead cross-functional projects, manage end-to-end project execution, and drive the successful delivery of critical initiatives. A background or familiarity with the Life Sciences sector will be highly valued in this role.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timelines are consistently met.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and client partners.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
• Manage risk assessment, mitigation tracking, and resolve project bottlenecks effectively.
• Implement and champion established governance and project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).
• Provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
• Foster collaboration within diverse and cross-functional project teams.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 to 8+ years of proven experience in project management, ideally within consulting, enterprise technology environments, or regulated domains.
• Seniority: Profile adapting from Mid-level to Senior.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent project management qualifications are strongly preferred.
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and/or traditional project lifecycles.

Nice to Have / Valued Assets

• Industry Background: Previous experience or academic background in Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Clinical Operations, or Medical Devices) is highly valued.
