We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international project within the financial services sector, supporting large-scale finance transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement and improve financial processes and systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
• Design financial processes and accounting flows
• Contribute to the implementation of financial systems and interfaces
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) and validation processes
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives
• Provide support to users and ensure continuous improvement of processes

Requirements

• +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Banking/Finance)
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting or financial processes
• Experience in projects involving financial systems or transformation
• Good understanding of data flows and interfaces
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
