Axians | Digital Solutions - Tech Talent is seeking a Payments & Bank Reconciliation Analyst to support accounting and payment operations in an international, multicultural project. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting while maintaining strong financial controls.

You will engage in daily payment proposals, reconciliation tasks, and controls, contributing to efficient finance operations.

Qualificações

• University degree in accounting, economics, or finance.
• Experience in payment processing and reconciliation activities.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Payments & Bank Reconciliation Analyst to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting accounting and payment operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting processes. You will play a key role in maintaining financial controls, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and contributing to the efficiency of finance operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, and an interest in financial operations and process excellence.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Generate and control payment proposals
• Perform payment reconciliation with invoices and bank statements including exception handling
• Perform Bank Reconciliations
• Perform controls in line with corporate procedures

Your Main Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience as an Accounting Officer, Payments Analyst, Finance Analyst, or similar role
• Experience in payment processing and reconciliation activities
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of French is a plus
