Job summary

Experis Portugal is recruiting a Billing Specialist (M/F) to join an international company in Lisbon. This full-time, on-site role involves invoicing support, data quality checks and reporting.

You will train users on invoicing processes, analyze supplier data, and coordinate with Procurement to resolve setup issues. Fluency in English is mandatory and experience in Source to Pay is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement support or Source to Pay processes.
• Primavera ERP knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in a multicultural team.
• Proactive, resilient and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support end users with invoicing and payment-related queries, ensuring timely resolution.

• Prepare reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
• Contribute to the creation and review of internal procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and KPIs.

Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management or a related field;
• Previous administrative experience and/or experience as a document technician;
• More than 5 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement support or Source to Pay processes;
• Knowledge of Primavera ERP is preferred;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team;
• Resilient, proactive and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken - mandatory.
