Job summary

Pleo is seeking a Staff Engineer to join the Business Spend segment in Lisbon. You will own major parts of the architecture, lead supplier data migration, and improve payment reliability as the company scales procurement-to-pay services.

You will collaborate with teams across product, design and compliance, shaping the data model for suppliers and vendors and driving cross-team architectural decisions while mentoring others in a high-impact SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading major architecture decisions in a SaaS environment.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-team initiatives.
• Experience with supplier data management and data migration.
