WTW is seeking a Health & Benefits Analyst in Portugal to support local and international clients and SMEs. You will develop expertise in health insurance products and assist in placement, renewal, and administration of diverse programs.

The role emphasizes client service, relationship building, and collaboration across teams, with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for career development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Knowledge of health, life, disability and accident insurance products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent Portuguese and strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support management and development of portfolios for local and international clients and prospects.
• Deliver high levels of client service per established procedures and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in health insurance for individuals and SMEs.
• Assist in placement, renewal, and administration of health, life, disability, and accident programs.
• Review policies, calculations, market submissions, presentations, and client documents.
• Assist in preparing client reports, proposals, benchmarking studies, and analyses.
• Monitor market developments to support client recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
