As part of the Project Assistance Office, you will manage client-facing communications, coordinate data and workflows, support invoicing, and ensure thorough documentation, contributing to

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to dynamic situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of recurring tasks and processes.
• Act as a primary communication point for clients, ensuring seamless information flow.
• Manage project plans and oversee workflows for each client.
• Leverage project management tools to track progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate data exchanges and support clients during data preparation phases.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for services.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client activities and processes.
