Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent Portuguese and strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing ledgers and payments to insurers and clients.
• Support preparation of payment documentation and evidence.
• Reconcile insurer statements with internal records and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in monitoring outstanding balances and processing write-offs.
• Respond to queries from internal teams and partners promptly.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines, seeking process improvements.
• Record commission transactions and support timely settlements.
