Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• Strong English and German language skills.
• Experience in client service or operations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and client requests.
• Review and analyse documentation from insurers.
• Process and record invoices.
• Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are timely.
• Act as a primary contact for clients and insurers.
• Communicate with clients and insurers in German and English, verbally and in writing.
