Concentrix in Lisbon is hiring a Spanish Customer Support Specialist to assist customers on a major Payment Solutions account. This on-site role supports English and Spanish speakers and offers stable full-time hours.

You will work rotational shifts, Monday through Sunday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with two days off per week, and enjoy a base salary paid over 14 months plus a meal allowance and attendance bonus.

Qualificações

• C1 level English, Harver validated.
• Native or fluent Spanish language skills.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support for the Payment Solutions account.
• Rotate shifts Monday–Sunday, 7:00–21:00 with two days off weekly.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
