TeamViewer GmbH is seeking a customer support specialist to assist existing customers with technical and accounting questions by phone and email, and via a ticket system. You will tailor offers for prospects and present software via online demonstrations to address IT challenges.

Fluency in Italian, French, and English is required. Hybrid work options are available, with onsite onboarding at our HQ and strong compensation packages.

Qualificações

• University degree in economics or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training.
• Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in French are required. Fluency in English is also required.
• Windows/Mac user knowledge desirable.
• At least some experience working with customer and/or in sales, e.g. internships.

Responsabilidades

• Support existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone and via email.
• Provide support to customers by answering inquiries via the ticket system and support chat.
• Prepare offers for prospect customers, tailoring solutions to their individual needs.
• Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their IT challenges.
• Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our existing and potential customers.
