myPOS is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist in Lisbon to manage relationships across multiple markets. You will drive retention, uncover upsell opportunities, and ensure customers derive maximum value from our fintech solutions.

Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is essential. A background in customer-facing roles and a data-driven approach will help you thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English is essential.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to read campaign metrics and draw actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to existing customers to drive retention and identify upsell opportunities.
• Utilize scripts and campaign frameworks while contributing feedback for improvement and personalization.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and maximize value from our product or service.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on usage data and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute upsell strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in company systems.
• Share customer insights with relevant teams to inform product improvements.
