Randstad in Portugal is recruiting a Customer Support Assistant to join the Retention Line for a major Swiss telecommunications company. The role focuses on preventing churn by addressing customer concerns and offering solutions to keep clients satisfied.

You will work remotely with occasional office presence in Lisbon or Porto. The package includes a base salary, performance bonus, language allowances, and health insurance after the third month.

Responsabilidades

• Prevent customer churn on the retention line.
• Identify reasons for cancellation and offer solutions to keep customers.
• Address customer concerns, service issues, and billing problems.
• Offer discounts, promotions, or upgraded services to persuade customers to stay.
• Build customer loyalty and positive experiences to strengthen relationships.
