Swiss Telecommunications Brand is seeking a native French-speaking Retention & Sales Advisor to join a leading telecom provider. This fully remote role within Portugal focuses on retaining customers, identifying sales opportunities, and tailoring offerings to each client’s needs.

You will manage incoming and outbound calls in French, work toward reducing churn, and drive revenue through consultative selling. International exposure and career growth are highlighted in the package.

Qualificações

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in sales, retention, customer service, telesales, or contact centres valued.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with French-speaking customers.
• Retain customers who are considering cancelling or changing their services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, upgrades, and promotions.
• Promote additional services and cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
