Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Portuguese & English-speaking Customer Service professional. In this on-site role, you will support customers, handle inquiries across channels, and assist with advertising-related products in a fast-paced, international environment.

The position offers rotating shifts and opportunities to grow in Digital Marketing and Advertising Technology.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese and English required.
• Experience with paid campaigns and digital marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service role, preferably in advertising technology.
• Familiarity with social media products and digital advertising concepts.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication/problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment and rotate shifts.
