CallForTalents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a bilingual Customer Service professional fluent in Spanish and English to join our on-site team. You will provide B2B support to advertisers and handle product troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Work Model: On-site. You will collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering to resolve inquiries, maintain service levels, and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Technology company.
• Fluency with social media product usage and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong customer service-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide B2B support to the company's advertisers.
• Manage and resolve product troubleshooting issues.
• Deliver customer support related to the company's advertising products.
• Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat.
• Drive query resolution by collaborating with in-house Product Operations & Engineering groups for generic, technical, or product queries.
• Ensure service quality and drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics through case journey, providing regular updates.
• Adhere to service levels across channels and achieve high productivity, impacting resolution times for end customers.
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.
