Job summary

CB Talents SP is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Lisbon to support paid campaigns and AdTech tools. You will engage with clients in Spanish and English, helping with campaign setup, inquiries, and optimization while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

The role is on-site with rotational shifts and a focus on customer-centric problem solving. A background in marketing or related field is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1/C2 level.
• Hands-on paid campaign management or digital marketing experience.
• Experience in a Contact Center / AdTech or digital media company.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon and rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support for ad campaigns in Spanish and English.
• Assist clients with campaign setup, performance inquiries, and tool usage.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize campaign outcomes using AdTech knowledge.
