Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Dealer Network Standards Specialist with Spanish to support the dealer and workshop network across Portugal. The role involves on-site audits, process optimization, and translating manuals for the Portuguese market.

Ideal candidates will travel extensively (75%), have fluent Spanish, native Portuguese, and English at B2 level. Experience in automotive dealerships and proficiency with Office 365, databases, and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven B2 level of English, fluent Spanish, and native Portuguese.
• Experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Portugal and Spain.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and guidance in adaptation and implementation of standards across the dealer and workshop network.
• Conducting on-site audits and validating audits carried out within dealerships and authorized service centers.
• Offering support throughout the audit process.
• Implementing standards, reviewing, and optimizing processes.
• Delivering training to the dealer network.
• Translating manuals and adapting them to the Portuguese market.
• Resolving questions during implementation and coordinating with involved departments.
• Preparing reports on processes and outcomes.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing best practices.
