Job summary

Concentrix in Portugal (Remote) is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in French and English to support hotel reservations, handle changes, and respond to travel inquiries during the night shift. You will deliver friendly, accurate information while upholding the highest service standards.

In this role, you will assist customers via calls and emails, keep reservation records up to date, escalate complex cases, and benefit from comprehensive training and development programs offered

Qualifications

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Available for permanent night shifts.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general booking inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding hotel availability, rates, services, and policies.
Support customers via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex cases following internal procedures and maintain records.
