Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a French & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to handle reservations and customer inquiries on-site for a 6-month contract. The role emphasizes multilingual support, personalized assistance, and proactive sales opportunities.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in French and English, with at least 1 year in a contact center or customer service, strong communication, and solid digital skills.

Qualificações

• Fluent/native-level French and English as stated in ad.
• 1+ year of Contact Centre or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized support via phone, email, and messaging.
• Assist customers with car rental reservations, policies, and modalities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional services.
• Support customers throughout the rental journey: before, during, and after rental.
• Handle post-rental inquiries, including invoices and damages.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.
