Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-English Technical Customer Service Representative for an on-site role. You will provide technical support via phone, chat, and email, helping Dutch-speaking customers while using English for internal communications.

Relocation package includes a shared apartment for up to 12 months, a food allowance, and welcome, performance, and attendance bonuses. Rotational shifts apply, with days off on a rotating schedule.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch and English language proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Comfortable with a dynamic work environment and open to feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical customer support via phone, chat, and/or email.
