CBT in Lisbon is seeking a Beauty Adviser (Dutch speaker) to provide luxury-level customer care across live chat, email, and phone channels. You will advise on skincare and cosmetics, assist with e-commerce inquiries, and guide customers with empathy and accuracy in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires native Dutch, good English, and the ability to multitask using multiple tools. Training is provided, with a full-time schedule and a path toward renewal and long-term career

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Offer expert product advice on skincare, beauty routines, and cosmetics.
• Support e-commerce inquiries: returns, deliveries, refunds, and order tracking.
• Advise on product alternatives, ingredients, and usage tips.
• Manage customer data requests (GDPR, newsletter unsubscribes, data breach inquiries).
• Handle health-related case (HRC) reports with confidentiality and diligence.
• Resolve complaints with effective, empathetic solutions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Beauty Adviser, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who love our products. Your mission? Deliver exceptional service and advice with a touch of luxury:

• Engage with customers via live chat, email, phone, webforms, and social media.
• Offer expert product advice on skincare, beauty routines, and cosmetics tailored to individual needs.
• Support e-commerce inquiries: returns, deliveries, refunds, and order tracking.
• Advise on product alternatives, ingredients, and usage tips with care and accuracy.
• Manage customer data requests (GDPR, newsletter unsubscribes, data breach inquiries).
• Handle health-related case (HRC) reports with confidentiality and diligence.
• Resolve complaints and provide effective, empathetic solutions in a timely manner.

Must-Haves

• Native Dutch speaker with B2 level English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Strong empathy and customer orientation
• Good IT skills and ability to multitask using multiple tools efficiently
• Availability to work flexible shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00–20:00)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in Cosmetics, Luxury Beauty, or Retail
• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools

Training & Onboarding

• 15-day full training (8 hours/day) in English
• Training compensation: €640.80

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Gross Salary: €1309
  • Includes holiday allowance, Christmas bonus, and meal allowance

• Paid Portuguese public holidays (with compensatory days off when worked)
• Vacation allowance:
• Up to 20 days in year 1 (proportional to contract start date)
• 22 days per full calendar year from year 2 onward

Work Schedule & Environment

• 40 hours/week | 5 days/week
• Shifts between 08:00 and 20:00
• 2 days off per week (set by the shift manager, informed 4 weeks in advance)
• Friendly, multicultural, and modern office located in Lisbon, Nations
