As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the voice of our brand, delivering outstanding service and beauty advice to our valued customers. You will engage with customers through live chat, phone, email, web forms, and social media, ensuring their experience with our products is nothing short of exceptional.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with customers via live chat, phone, emails, web forms, and social media for the German market.
• Handle consumer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Offer precise and timely solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert product and beauty advice, tailored to individual needs.
• Address questions related to returns, deliveries, and refunds.
• Offer advice on product usage, alternatives, and specifics.
• Handle GDPR-related queries, newsletter unsubscriptions, and data breach concerns.

• Salary: 1,084 euros gross per month with accommodation and expenses paid by the company (12 salaries per year) / 1448 euros gross per month without accommodtion and expenses (12 salaries per year)
• Working hours: rotational 8h per day 5 days per week from 8 am to 10 pm.
• Onsite position.
